I applied through other source. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Weber (Palatine, IL) in Apr 2021
Interview
Horrific. Applied for 1 job, offered me another during interview. Never heard back. Got letter 1 month later saying didn’t get job, but have an opening for the original job I applied for. 2 months later, got job. Interviewer had me talking to a dark screen in an empty conference room. Did not answer my questions. Worst interview process ever.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Weber in Jan 2022
Interview
Multiple interviews. Consultants drive the hiring decision not the actual employees. Really a waste of time. I took multiple days off and waste hours of prep time. Really confusing process especially when the hiring manager was speaking as if they were going to extend an offer.
