I was being called by Mr Anand and Mr Keshan. They asked few questions based on my earlier company and why should I be recruited here. Whether I can work dedicatedly and serve this company or not?

Interview
The entire process was all crap. You will need to wait for 5 hours before you are called.
They will make you seat in the sun without a fan and treat you like their servant.
HR round will happen after that the senior person from the management will take the interview and then the main boss will call you for the interview.
