Pass the English assessment and technical assessment then you can choose when you would like to deliver a demo class to a super beginner student. A tutor manager will act as a student. Your lesson material is provided. The demo lesson lasts 10 minutes only. Then feedback will be given. If you pass, they will send you a job and contract, and add you to a MS Teams group chat where you will send all your requirements and inquiries.
