Interview
Two rounds of interviews. The first was more of an informal chat on zoom to discuss the role and then the second was a panel interview with an assessment after.
Had two interviews for two different roles at the firm, but was ghosted for the second one. The first interview for the first role was more technical based, but the second interview for another role was more casual - felt like they have already found a suitable candidate before interviewing me. Anyway they never provided me the feedbacks and I have never received any formal rejections.
