1. Technical Interview - Team is not great so no logical questions, no core concepts, all questions will be from framework or either you do something or not, if not , why you have not done. Its all about your luck. Interviewer is not that much logical OR conceptually expert.
2. Discuss with director - Basically a salary discussion, Ask for moderate salary, you are hired.
