Le processus était bien structuré et clair depuis le début. Il consistait sur un entretien avec les RH, le Dev lead, un test technique, le manager et le CEO. Mais ils ont refusé ma candidature après avoir passé toutes les étapes, ce que j'ai trouvé que c'était une grande perte de temps, et qu'ils étaient pas très honnêtes depuis le debut.

- Contacted through a headhunter - technical test to do at home - remote interview to debrief the test with the cto - interview on site with the cto and the ceo - Response to application from headhunter Overall, a very negative interview and a complete waste of time, very inexperienced cto and ceo They were looking for someone who does JavaScript and not typescript which says a lot about their knowledge and mentality
