They offer much more than what really happens once you are hired. Management likes for you to be scared and quiet. They will say you get lots of bonuses and raises but your salary stays in the dirt and bonuses are around 800 after tax after 6 years of employment. Office management is seemingly better. But this company is a one man show and their is no room to better yourself. They do not care about you at all. You are just a number. Production is bad, temperatures reach well above 90 in the summer and they are so cheap to even supply appropriate fans. Beware of production managers.
