Interview
Very long and drawn out. You really need to be on top of your information. HR tries to intimidate you but as long as you have a strong knowledge you should be able to get through the initial interview with no worries.

"What are the key functions of this job that you believe that you need to improve on and why?"
Several interviews over a week via Zoom with HR and administration. Very nice and easy to talk to. Explained job responsibilities and office feeling and what i should expect at work. Answered all questions.
Interview was very thorough and included assessments. Interviewed by HR and department manager. Took about two weeks. Comfortable process - even thru current ZOOM process. . Offered a position with competitive compensation. Good benefits. Lots of info shared regarding job, culture, benefits and expectation do I could make an informed decision to come on board.
