Laid back interview, to showcase personality. Once I applied online, I received a call for an interview within 2 days. Showed up with proof of RN license, and resume. Interviewer was very nice, we ended up laughing about something in current events. Offered the job on the spot.

They asked about a time where I handled a stressful situation, and what actions I took to resolve the issue. Very easy to answer questions about oneself.
