Interview
The process was very easy since they were in urgent need for a 1:1 TA for a student. The special ed director called me and we spoke briefly about my experience and why I wanted to work there.

At the interview, really no hard-ball questions were thrown my way. The usual strengths/weaknesses, how are you working on a team, etc.
