      I applied online. I interviewed at Wellhub (New York, NY)

      Interview

      The start of the process was clean. A standard phone interview with a few behavioral questions. It seemed to have gone over well enough where I was invited for an in-person. As much as I liked my interviewer, I couldn't help but think there might have been somewhat of a disconnect in terms of language. I felt that much of what I had communicated was not being understood, nor were there any questions inviting me to elaborate. Regardless, we seemed to have connected over sports and all signs were positive. I followed-up to thank my interviewer for his time. He responded by saying it was a pleasure and ensured we'd be in touch "very soon". Needless to say I was quite surprised to have received an automated 'thanks-but-no-thanks' less than 24 hours later.

We appreciate your honestly, and are working towards improving our interview process to include more structure and probing questions, to the point where all candidates feel they have been properly vetted for the role they are interviewing.
