I've been told the process is made up by four phases: Screening, HR, Technical, and Leaders. However, I'm afraid the whole process is extremely disrespectful and unnecessarily long. It took me two weeks only for being screened and then another week to go through the next step. Then I had to wait for another couple of weeks just to become aware that they wouldn't move my candidature ahead. No feedback was provided.
