This was the most straight-forward and professional interview process I have ever gone through. At each stage in the process I was responded to quickly and was well aware of what was coming next and what was being asked of me. All interactions with the Academy made me feel relaxed, something no interview process has ever done before. I knew I was respected for what I was bringing to the table and thoughtfully considered at every stage of the process.
