Once an application is filled out if they are interested in your work experience they will call you in for an interview. They will go over your work experience and ask you how you would rate your attendance on a scale of 1-10. They will also ask if you know how to read a tape measure. If they want to hire you they will send you for a drug test and once you pass that you start work.
