All seems fine, interview with the principal, everything went smoothly and very short interview with the top managment, I felt so nervous throughout the interview. Prepare your best lesson plan and do your mock teaching with confident.
You will need to prepare a lesson plan, they will give you the template and lesson to conduct. They will ask how you about classroom management, experience in teaching and some reflective on previous incident.
