I first filled out a very detailed application with very specific questions about what I looked for in a company. I was then called and spoke with the first employee for about an hour. I was then told to complete a little test online... this was to test my skills with account related documents. After I passed that little test, I met with about 5 different people who all had different roles at the company. For about 30 minutes each.

Extremely bizarre and unprofessional hiring process. I received an offer, but when I asked to negotiate the salary, per standard job offer procedure, they withdrew the offer completely. The abrupt shift and their complete unwillingness to negotiate with their candidate makes me suspect their money isn't where their mouth is when it comes to the positive work environment they're touting. Proceed with caution.
