Phone interview, then a face to face interview with the manager and 2 researchers. It was a very positive interview. I enjoyed speaking with the manager and I felt a very good rapport with her. I was very interested in the research that was being done there and I had read up on it so I knew what questions to ask. I had also completed my own research and just presented it so I was comfortable in this setting. She took me to talk to two researchers I would work with and that interaction was also positive. They had both worked with people I had worked with so we had a common bond.
