3 step. Recruiter, general manager, and sales manager. Stage set, expectations set, commitment made. Informative and about seeing if you are committed to the grind. They are about culture and commitment.
Called in to meet with the sales manager, very professional and polite. I did not get the job, but I had a positive experience. I would highly recommend the interview process.

The interview process was well-structured and highly organized, making it clear what was expected of me at each stage. Every person I interacted with was not only professional but also approachable and friendly. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, which made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.
