This was a phone interview. The manager called, explained the position requirements and average day to day. They inquired into my Airframe history, troubleshooting skills, tooling experience, etc. Asked a ballpark of pay that I would be interested, and then I received an offer a few days later.

The interview was quite thorough and positive. Manager was very friendly and asked a lot of questions. The interview lasted for only about 15-20 minutes, but a good amount of information was covered. Was very comfortable and confident.
