It was pretty simple, I walked in the store asked the front end manager if they was hiring and she said "yes, do you go to school?" and I wasn't at the time, I was free to work any days and hours. so she gave me a application. They suggest that you fill it out right there and hand it in so I did that. After I gave her the application she made me do a phone interview, but it wasn't really an interview it was more of a tax credit interview. I spoke to the operator and answered the questions. After that she told me I was hired and they would call me when I start. I pretty much got hired on the spot. They basically want you to be able to have a flexible schedule and your hired. When I was working there they hired just about anybody who was willing to work a flexible schedule.
