Initial Interview & Assessment:
The first stage is a panel interview conducted in person, where candidates are assessed in a group setting. This includes a introduction to the company, followed by a role-specific assessment designed to evaluate core competencies and practical fit for the role.
Final Interview:
Candidates who successfully meet the criteria at this stage are invited to a final one-on-one interview. This is also conducted in person and offers an opportunity to engage more deeply, explore alignment with our company culture, and ask any outstanding questions.
