Quick interview process, met with the recruiter and one of the principals, conversation was friendly and straight forward. Seemed like an upbeat company overall. I was hired for and internship but ended up turning it down due to schedule with school

Interview
I was put in contact with this company through a professor at school. The founder of the company interviewed me after I was in the meeting room for around 15 minutes. He seemed nice and gave me an overview of the company and their structural engineering work for buildings. The interview itself lasted approximately 20 minutes.

I was asked my prior college coursework, what I did at my prior internship, and how familiar I was with structural loads, codes for wind and seismic. I was also asked how good I was with AutoCAD.
