very simple, and very direct. first a phone interview, that lasted about 30mins followed by an informal inter view with the director, as he dose not like formal, this is a good chance to show who you are as that's what he is interested in, looking at what skills and potential you have, I was advised to think outside the book and avoid the generic answers.
