Business casual is suggested, but was not strictly enforced the first day. Employees will have $30 deducted over the course of two paychecks ($15 out of the first and $15 out of the second) to cover uniform cost which includes black pants, black logo polo shirt, and a jacket. Dark shoes with a back and rubber soles are also required. Employees will not be allowed to have any personal belongings in the call center, so purses and personal effects, like a winter coat, will be placed in an employee area. ONLY Wesley Berry issued clothing is allowed to enter the call center because of strict laws preventing credit card fraud. Thousands of orders are processed in the call center, so the company wants to make sure no credit card information is being used in a fraudulent/criminal manner. That is why NO personal items can be on the floor.
