Whatnot specific questions: What are potential challenges? How would you persuade a seller? What would you do in situation A/B/C? How do you structure your work?
Workstyle related questions: How did you handle a difficult time? What is a person you liked to work with and why?

Interview
Intense, seven rounds all up. Includes a presentation pitch to a panel of people, and behavioural interviews. Glad the process was this extensive as I also got to know the team better.

Tell me about a time you had to deliver on a deal with barely any notice. (Plenty of STAR method questions in behavioural interview).
Video screening as first round to speak briefly to experience and culture then a more in-depth Zoom interview followed by case study and interview time to run through reasoning/ questioning.
