Good questions and interviewers are knowledgeable. Good experience with the pairing interview too. It really shows if the candidate is okay to work independently and remotely. The whole process is helpful for both the interviewer and interviewee.

Set of 3 interview was done on separate days. HR interview, Technical interview and exam and Hiring manager interview. Was not hired, due to they are currently having sudden lay-offs and company restructuring this 4th quarter of year 2022.

Actually an enjoyable process. They were very clear and open in their communication. In the interview itself they really helped me feel relaxed and not judged (or at least not too much to feel uncomfortable).
