Interview
The interview experience was smooth and comfortable. The team was very welcoming and supportive, which helped me feel at ease right from the beginning. During the process, they assigned me a test to evaluate my skills, which I completed within an hour. Most of the discussion focused on my knowledge of design software and how I incorporate AI tools into my creative process. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the clarity of expectations.

Interview
I applied from a different city and had cleared the telephonic interview, afterwards they insisted for a f2f interview, and once there, they wanted to do a task first, which included tasks of motion graphics and video editing as well and later, they showed no interest by the end. First of all, being a major agency, they shouldn't mix up Job profiles and expect a graphic designer to work as motion graphic editor and video editor as well, also if they wanted to filter out candidates, at least the task could have been done remotely, and maybe a final interview f2f. I managed my own travel and accommodation for a task-based interview. They could have been little sensitive for a candidate which is from a different city and could have done as much as interview process remotely as possible. Rest the people there and the HR person were professional and very good in their behavior and clarity.
