Three demo rounds in interview process. Material is provided for preparation. They see how well you deliver in terms of student engagement and convincing power. They also provide enough time prepare well and provide feedback late on to improve for next demo.

Lengthy, thorough screening process. It has several rounds in total. If we clear one round the next level will be scheduled and be conducted by a next level interviewer. The class document must be properly understood and demonstrated without missing any of the important topics. Examples play a very important role as the kids understand the concept very well with that approach.
