Two rounds of interviews.
1. Online with HR and Team Lead - great positive discussion. Very transparent, good dialogue with the focus to shed light on the purpose of the role and evaluating cultural fit as well as all the expectations and details such as salary etc.
2. In person - to meet the rest of the team as they are part of the decision making process. A lot was discussed about experience and learnings that might impact or benefit the group.
On signing day of the contract the team took the time to hang out afterwards with the simpel aim to get to know each other.
