Horrible management and interview process. Details: I had 3 interviews with them, the first one lasted for 10 minutes to ensure that I'm the same Upwork person. They 'neither asked about my related experience nor my current work status. The second one was an interview to ensure my knowledge of the field. You guessed it should focus on deep learning stuff? not at all. They asked me about networking, security, and literal policy abbreviations, such as what the XYZ policy stands for! I don't really know how that can judge my knowledge of computer vision. I did my best in this stage and got proceeded to the next interview. It was a simple writing and coding task, it took me about 10 days to submit due to my full-time job the recruiter never asked about. It was regarding a provisional project as a pre-step before joining the team. The project document stated that I can submit the project according to my availability. I have already signed my resignation to start working with them. As a notice period, it took me around 1 week to deliver the projects I was working on to the newcomers. I planned to start the provisional project after that and as they stated I can submit it according to my availability I felt that would be OK. Out of the blue, I was asked about my progress, and I told him that was happening. In one second he terminated my application and ended up my contract. With no mercy after telling him that now I had no job because I trusted that I'm joining the team, and this is not my fault for not setting up a deadline and putting this comforting sentence. Despite all of that why he didn't just ask me about the availability of my status or even set up a deadline to be clear at the beginning? He told me that I can re-apply for the job and they will reach out to me soon, of course, it was a lie. Horrible management and recruiting process, they wasted my time for a month and I ended up jobless because I thought they would be civilized, I admit the animals they are rescuing are but they're not at all.
