I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Williams Engineering (Calgary, AB) in Jun 2023
Interview
It was a smooth and pleasant conversation that I enjoyed. We exchanged general information about each other and then switched to experience and professional aspects. Also, I completed an online test after an interview that took me 2-3 hours. It's not difficult, with some logical tasks and behavior questions.

Interview
First interview in office: standard questions, interviewed by two technical staff and HR. Interview was approximately 30 minutes. Follow up from interview was non existent. I had to follow up even though I was told I would be contacted. Disappointed that courtesy wasn't provided, eventually had to confirm the position was filled with the technical manager - he was surprised HR didn't follow up. This didn't give me a very professional vibe
