Interview
Contacted via LinkedIn directly by Head of Department and had informal LinkedIn written conversations. This led to a telephone conversation and then my first interview with the Operations Director and Principal SHE Manager and I completed a psychometric test at the end of this meeting. I returned for a second day, the following day, onsite at a local project l, which I suggested as I wanted to see what the company was like in practice and they could assess me 'in real life' too and see how I interacted with the project based workforce. I then returned for a third and final interview with the Managing Director, Richard Poulter and Director of New Business, Sarah Bastajian.

Interview
Two interviews which were more like informal chats talking about my previous experience and what I thought about the role for which i was applying. Both interviews were quite relaxed, especially when compared to previous competency type based interviews (which in my mind are pretty rubbish).
