Overall, the interview experience was decent but could have been better. The interview was rescheduled at the last minute, which felt a bit rushed and unprofessional. The conversation itself wasn’t particularly challenging, mostly general questions with a few technical ones, but it didn’t go into much depth. I received positive feedback from the Talent Acquisition team regarding my performance but ultimately was not offered the role. I was later informed that the company decided not to proceed with hiring anyone and instead planned to distribute the responsibilities among existing team members. This outcome was unexpected and left me with mixed feelings about the clarity and seriousness of the recruitment process.
