I applied online. I interviewed at Willow Bridge Property Company (Dobbs Ferry, NY) in Apr 2023
Interview
Started off with a 25-30 minute phone screening with the Business Manager, shortly after I was invited down to the site to meet with them in person for a quick 15 minute conversation where I highlighted my strengths and then we discussed details about the position and ended things with a tour of the community. Upon leaving the building, I was contacted a few hours later to coordinate a Google Meet with the Regional Manager 2 days later. Lasted about 40 min and was the deciding factor in solidifying my eventual offer for the position.
