Initial questions answered online. Then a phone interview. Went to a second virtual interview. Was asked multiple questions about general knowledge and industry. Reviewed information on job requirements and preferred shift coverage.

There was 1 interview and it lasted maybe 15 minutes. They then had me shadow the position to confirm I was interested. After I shadowed I had a very tough time getting in contact with anyone.
