Interview
The interview process was very relaxed and straight forward. The company was responsive and very involved in the on boarding process. I was very pleased with the process overall. I only need a few more words to get to the 30 word minimum
The candidate's resume was reviewed and walked through to learn more about their background and experience. Standard behavioural and situational customer service questions were asked, related to the candidate's experience.
