I applied online. I interviewed at Wind Information (Singapore)
Interview
It was 3 rounds, 2 rounds with immediate managers and another round of 5 days training in Shanghai. Last round in Shanghai with the boss. Bad lodging, bad food. Unclear instructions on HR practices and benefits
Other Account Manager Interview Reviews for Wind Information
Such an effortful in person interview requirement, followed up with the need to install and update documentations on wechat.
After an interview they would require an assignment where you literally are asked to do their work. Not only share your ideas. But do their works.
Such as researching and creating a complete pipelines with details of people, companies, positions, you’d prospect if you land the position —> which later on they would use for their own benefit, after they reject you.
I interviewed at Wind Information (London, England)
Interview
1st interviews
presentation/research
2nd interview
5 unpaid training days + exam on finance and wind’s products
Interviews and research task were not difficult, but the unpaid trainings were def too much for a candidate who doesn't even get an offer, it requires the candidate to study the company’s culture, finance foundation and products. It costs 5 full days of the candidate, from 9 to at least 6 or 7. Everyday the candidate has to write a reflective diary about what she/he learned from the trainjngs.
But, salary is good, people who like study good at finance are very suitable for this role.
