Applied online through their website and was contacted within 3 weeks (beginning of the school year and they were busy).
Interviewed at the residential home and was given a tour of the home. Was hired on the spot and trained not long after. Overall great experience! Have yet to meet someone that was negative.
A lot of questions based off my resume..."tell me about your customer service experience with... Tell me about your administrative duties with... Tell me about a time you encounter an upset customer.etc"
