Winmor interview questions

The interview process seemed extremely unorganized. They try to pack as many people in one day as possible. They speak to you about the basics of the position really quickly and push you out the door and seems like they call back everyone.

I was appalled when I walked into the office. It was dark dingy and dirty. I noticed a few employees coming in and out of the office looking miserable. When I was called in for the interview the man asked me many questions about myself but didnt explain much about the job itself. I told him I wasnt looking to work over the weekend or to do sales. I was applying for the admin position. After the interview he stated that he really liked me and was going to contact me later on that day. However, he did not. I was a bit disappointed at first. But now that I see all the negative reviews about the company and how they are so unprofessional I am glad they didnt ! Besides the jobs are for sales and they tell you otherwise. I didnt want a sales job at all ! It was a waste of time!
