It was late evening, informal but comfortable. 1 interview with VP and she made a decision in a week after follow up. They are particular about education- BS degree is ideal.

Straight forward, Open conversation, Honest - the office is welcoming and the people are nice. You have a private conversation which is more comfortable. I would say that as long as you are prepared and motivated you will do well.
