2-3 interviews. The first was more for screen eligibility, the second to access experience, and the third to inquire about skillset. You might get 2 interviews or 3 depending on if they put more than 1 person in 1 interview.

Application > assessment > recruiter interview > hiring manager interview > reference check > offer. Relatively straightforward process and everyone I interviewed with was really kind and engaged the entire time. My only "con" was the length of the process but I'm very glad I accepted the offer
