While the interview was typical, my issue is with the follow-up by the recruiter. After I interviewed with the client - I NEVER HEARD A SINGLE WORD ABOUT THE POSITION AGAIN. I made multiple attempts to follow-up, sent emails and left voice mail but no response. That's horrible! You should follow-up with the candidates so they know what's going on.
