Tell me about a time when you had to solve a problem without the help of a manager
The interview process was very smooth. I talked to people at different levels within the company to essentially do a “fit” check. It was a fairly simple process, everyone responded very quickly throughout the entire interview process.

I was contacted a bit out of the blue by a high-level executive. They were very considerate of my time, the process was simultaneously friendly and professional. We discussed company culture, structure, my work history, projects I had worked on and what my contributions were. Over all incredibly pleasant.
