First a 30 minutes conversation with the CTO / hiring manager.
Second, a more technical interview including the 2 current research engineers, where I presented a project and they asked questions on the presentations + some general questions. I really liked this approach to the technical round - I felt the presentation gave me all the room to show what I could do.
Third, a more culture fit oriented conversation with the CEO
