Applied to an on line ad and received a phone call the same day. Attended the office for an interview with a manager which was more a chat to see if she liked me, which she did so the owner then chatted with me and I was hired. Started a few days later

There were no specific questions. The 'conversation' was more about me selling my abilities as I had no experience in the field.
