Interview
First step was to record myself answering questions on an online video platform, second phase involved a face-to-face interview with the team leader and the third one was an online interview with headquarters manager abroad.
Everything went smooth and a-okay, local team leader was an absolute delight to talk to but the third phase was very technical and mathematical, felt very rushed, and low-key intimidating.
