2 interviews in a week since it was a hiring period, First with talent acqusition partner, second interview was with the occasional support manager. First one was a group interview, second was 1-1 meeting. I was asked at both some personal info and i was asked to find a solution on some very basic customer service tasks. Anyone having worked in customer service should be okay with answering them

The interview process was well organized and professional. It started with an application and a short questionnaire, followed by an interview focused on customer service, communication skills, and problem solving. The recruiters were friendly, and the overall experience was positive and straightforward.

They asked me how I would handle a situation where a customer’s order item was unavailable and both the customer and courier were waiting for a solution.
The first round was a group interview with 4 candidates and the HR. She asked everyone to introduce themselves, gave us details about the job and then we were asked to come up with a solution for 2 cases.

How would you handle a specific situation with a customer and the restaurant
First I had a group interview(??) with other applicants, though the HR person was not accurately answering my questions at all. Oh and she promised they got a position for everyone, which i didnt believe of course.Secondly, I had an interview with the team leader, she looked very shabby, greasy green hair, no makeup, lots of acnes on her skin. I just couldnt believe my eyes.So basicly i am expected to look nice and neat and perfect of course, but the other way round this minimum requirement wasnt fulfilled at all.
