The process started off by sending my CV. A few days later I had a phone call with my engineering manager. it was a short call (20 min) about general aspects of software engineering. Then I was given a tech test. I spent 3 days and submitted the code (basically there is no limitation) . when two senior engineers reviewed my code, they arranged a Skype meeting. (I was outside of the UK) this time I was asked to shortly explain my code as well as make some changes. Finally, I spoke with few product owners and engineering managers.
