Interview
Online application that required quite a wordy response. This is followed by gamified psychometric testings and a safety assessment. A 3 part assessment centre followed for individuals who progressed. Amongst 6000+ applicants, only 150 will be selected for the AC. People whom are successful from AC will get a drug & alcohol test followed by an Australian Federal Police clearance. Only 60% of participants are likely to progress from this final stage.

You have to first complete some online tests. Next you have 2 interviews. The first interview is solely behavioural, the second is round 2 of behavioural questions, a group problem followed by a business case.
