Interview
Involved weird psychometric testing using "games" with Pymetrics to determine personality traits in a supposedly unbiased and unfair way. In reality, games were so abstract that they had nothing to do with the job and were only tangentially related to the skills required for them. Despite receiving positive feedback, Woodside apparently disliked my performance.

Question 1
Did not proceed to interview - Pymetrics psychometric test only. Tests included emotional recognition, risk-reward analysis (balloon pumping), matching a target arrangement from an initial one in as few steps as possible.
